Snow Day!

Yippee! It's a snow day. When we woke up this morning the ground was covered in beautiful white snow! Daddy and Mommy put on my coat and we went for a walk. It's really fun to walk and play in the snow but it's also really cold!!! I was pulling really hard and Daddy had a hard time staying up-right while he was holding my leash.

Mommy and Daddy were supposed to go to Charleston today and Aunt Tati was going to come play with me...but now we have this stupid snow and Mommy and Daddy couldn't go to Charleston and Aunt Tati isn't going to come play with me. I think Mommy and Daddy will go to Charleston on Monday...maybe Aunt Tati will come play with me then!

Now I'm just sitting by the back door watching the snow continue to come down.

Roaming Free

I have been such a good girl lately that Daddy and Mommy have become very trusting of me! Last weekend, Daddy took me for a long walk around Shelley Lake and after we had walked for a while, Daddy stopped and took my leash off and let me run around without it! I felt as free as a bird. It was so much fun and Daddy was so proud of me for not running away. My theory is...why should I run away when Mommy and Daddy take such good care of me?! I know where my kibble is kept!

This weekend Daddy AND Mommy took me for a walk at Shelley Lake. It was super cold so I had to wear my new vest that Granny got me for Christmas (thanks, Granny!) and we rode in the car to the park instead of walking. Daddy and Mommy let me off of my leash AGAIN and this time Mommy took some pictures of me running around. The pictures are posted below.

This week, Aunt Tati is coming over to play with me one afternoon while Mommy and Daddy are out of town. I think we are going to have a super good time! I'll let you know how my play date with Aunt Tati goes.

Skinny Mini!

Awww yeah! I've lost my extra poundage! I am back down to my super cute, super slim figure. I would like to thank my mommy for lessening my food amount as well as berating me for being such a fatty. The verbal abuse really does help you to lose weight! Sometimes I felt like I was on The Biggest Loser and Jillian was my trainer...but hey it worked and I lost the weight!

The new treat that I get everyday is pumpkin. I get a spoonful of pumpkin every night with dinner and it is like having pumpkin pie with my dinner. I LOVE PUMPKIN!!!

Christmas Update

Happy New Year!

It's been a while since I have posted anything new.

We had a great Christmas! Santa came and saw me and I got some bones and some new toys. Some how some of my hold toys seem to have disappeared, I guess Santa took those so that he could repair them and give to other children who really needed them.

Granny gave me a really nice pink jacket that I can wear outside when it's cold. It's a good thing, because we have had some super cold nights! Sometimes when Mommy walks me, we look like twins because she has a pink vest that looks like my new coat!

Mommy and Daddy got some new toy called a Wii and they don't let me play with it. I always try to help them when they are playing but they don't seem to appreciate my help.

The Christmas card that we sent out this year was a picture of me in my Santa hat. My Nan, who lives in England, didn't have her glasses on when she got her Christmas card and thought that I was just a "furry Father Christmas". I'm sure that was pretty funny when she said that!!
